Friendly warm staff made my stay comfortable.
I was frustrated with the erratic housekeeping service and outdated decor. The bathroom furniture was chipped and the room felt dark with worn furniture. Customer service at reception was unhelpful when I requested a breakfast box for an early flight.

It was real good stay, I loved nice food.
Fantastic hotel, it was neat, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and reasonably good. I ate at a magnificent restaurant for breakfast. The location was excellent and perfect and beds were nice. You could walk to a local market and local markets.

You guys made my stay quite comfortable. I really enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean and cool. The location in a nice enough area was marvellous and unbeatable and there were a market and department stores nearby. The nice service and the attention to detail! I found a piano in the lobby.
The staff were a bit slow, didn't expect that coming.

The lotte is an amazing hotel right in the heart of the city, close to parks and cultural sites. The staff was excellent and always ready to help. The outdoor pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after exploring.

The breakfast buffet was rich and very fine. The rooms met our expectations. Some rooms that face the street are a little noisy, those towards the courtyard are very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. We were very satisfied.
